At Tech21, we stand by the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all hardware. Items must be in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and attach it securely to the outside of your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Device

  Place your electronics in their original box, ensuring all cables and manuals are included, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our technical team inspects the returned device for functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
